Since November 2025, parahealth has been part of Bormann Bioscience LLC, headquartered in Miami, USA. The former parent company, KDM Group GmbH, has transferred all brand rights and business operations to Bormann Bioscience. This marks a new chapter for parahealth – with a clear focus on quality, proprietary brands, and diagnostic innovation.

The brands parahealth, DrinkCheck, parahealth diagnostics, Dr. Weber, and HaseMed are now part of Bormann Bioscience LLC. The high quality of our products and services remains unchanged – in fact, under the Bormann Bioscience umbrella, we are strategically strengthening our focus on proprietary brand products, diagnostics, and the highest quality standards.
